I must be naive… or something. A while back we put two Hercules brand tires (they make truck and trailer tires) on one of our trucks. After about 22,000 miles, one of the tires’ inner plies started separating, which basically means the tire is coming apart. We paid full price to have it replaced at a local Tire Pro’s, and they submitted a warranty claim to Hercules. After about 6 weeks we’d not heard from anyone about the claim, AND the other tire was starting to fail. We called the Tire Pro’s and were told that Hercules was refusing to do anything about this.
