Have Questions? Here are a few answers that may help.

What hours do you work?

While most of our work is done between 8 am and 6 pm Monday – Friday, we often work at times outside those hours, such as for company fleet vehicles which must be in use during the day.

What kind of oil do you use?

We use only high quality, name brand Full Synthetic oil. We use the correct viscosity of oil for your vehicle, as recommended by the manufacturer.

Do you do more than change the oil?

For fleets and personal vehicles we offer only a full service oil change, which includes changing the oil & filter, adjusting your tire pressure, topping off fluids, and visual safety check of all major components. At OnSite OilChange Plus, it is always our aim to do more than the basics so that you can be sure your vehicle stays in great shape and is always ready to go. Ask us about full brake service and battery testing and replacement.

How do you prevent spills?

Your satisfaction is very important, and untidy work is not acceptable! The first thing we do is place large, absorbent safety mats under the vehicle being serviced. These will catch any drips (and of course we try to avoid drips!). We use over-sized drain pans and we have Industrial Cleaners and Spill Kits in our trucks. We are very concerned about the environment and about your vehicle, and we are very careful.

What do you do with the old oil and oil filters?

All of our waste oil and filters are completely recycled by a state-registered recycler. None of it ever ends up in landfills.

What other services do you offer?

Other then our full service oil change, we offer battery testing and replacements and full brake service.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully covered with a liability insurance policy, full coverage on our vehicles and also “Garage Keepers” insurance, which covers your vehicle and your property while we are working on it.

Do I need to be there while you service my vehicle?

No! You can be doing other things as long as prior arrangements with us have been made.

How is service paid for?

Payment at your location can be card or cash. Fleet accounts can pay with check. card, or be set up for monthly billing.

What if I have a question or issue after the service?

We want to know about questions or concerns right away. If we can handle it via phone or email, great. If that’s not enough, we will make a special trip back to your location to make sure you are completely satisfied.
